IKOI Tokyo City Stay offers two fully renovated designer homes, each with its own style yet the same spirit of comfort and relaxation. “IKOI,” meaning rest in Japanese, reflects our goal of creating peaceful retreats in the heart of the city.

A three-story Japandi-style house in a quiet neighborhood near Kōshinzuka Station. Enjoy warm sunlight, calm surroundings, and local charm at Sugamo Jizo Dori.

HUE OTSUKA (2025)
A stylish three-story home blending Mid-Century design with Japandi calm. Just a 4-minute walk from Ōtsuka Station, with supermarkets, cafés, and izakaya nearby.
Both houses are perfect for families and groups, offering modern interiors, spacious layouts, and quick access to Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ginza.
